"Pool is large and fun to play in. Kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the drink options at the lobby bar. Staff was nice and the rooms were FANTASTIC! Having easy transportation to Universal parks was a huge plus!!"

"Our Grandchildren had a ball. Staff was wonderful. Everything ran on time. Everything was neat and clean. The only down side was the breakfast. It was pretty awful. Biscuits were to hard to eat, sausage patties appeared to have been reheated or something (but they were inedible), and the gravy was awful. Pretty much ate cereal, so when paying over $70 for 3 adults, it was definately not worth it. But otherwise everything was terrific and we will go back, just bringing our own box of cereal. Thank you. "
