"We enjoyed our stay for our son’s graduation from Wake Forest. The apartment is neat and clean and spacious enough for 3-4 people. The bed and the inflatable mattress were both comfortable. We walked to many of our favorite restaurants (Mozzelle’s, 4th St Filling Station, Krankie’s, Camel City BBQ) as well as to the Long Branch city trail. It was a quick and easy drive to WFU. We loved the beautiful historic building, and the rooftop pool and views are unique for Winston-Salem."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Winston-Salem. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It's in a great location and within walking distance of many different coffee shops, restaurant and bars. The host was fantastic and very attentive. Parking is just across the street for very easy access. Building is secure and very quiet. We would stay here again. Had a great stay!"

"I loved this spacious apartment with beautiful floors, tall ceilings, and the feel of an updated, super clean old historic home. Everything was as advertised and it is easy to access downtown Winston-Salem just minutes away. I was there for an event and also tried some local coffee shops, restaurants, and beautiful pathways for long walks with lovely views. I would definitely stay there again."

"This was the perfect location for a weekend of downtown activities for my daughter, without the pricey cost of downtown hotels. She did her thing while I explored the greenway trails nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped with amenities. The king size bed was spacious but the mattress is very firm. Worked for us, just something to note. Katy was responsive with a couple of questions I had during the stay and flexible with an extra request. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly...

"Sofa was uncomfortable due to pronounced sagging. Property manager responses were fast and effective. Front door was warped and desperately needed replacing and insulation around door frame. Unit was well supplied with cleaning materials, etc. there is a periodic leak above the bathtub that appears to come from the floor above. See the stains at the wall/ceiling joint at back of the tub. A small eating table 2 chairs would be nice. Our stay was pleasent and satisfactory."
