We booked a triple premium however they are not the pet friendly rooms, there is no option on hotels.com to book a pet friendly room. Thank goodness they had one available for us to move into, albeit a smaller double room with a laminated floor was the difference. The hotel is lovely, friendly staff and the food very good
This is a beautifully refurbished property with clean rooms and a gorgeous restaurant. The food at dinner was outstanding and very reasonably priced. Our dog was given a hamper with bowls, treats and a blanket that was waiting in our room upon arrival. Very pet and child friendly with lots of room to move about as it’s set off the road. Plenty of car parking.
I’ve stayed here twice2 very different rooms one with a lovely view and one a bit dark but nice staff easy Parking and good food. I would stay here again.
Great location. Set back from a busy road so traffic noise well reduced. Lovely views. Food was fabulous and staff very attentive. Would definitely recommend
Stayed one night as a stopover to Cornwall. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. My daughter and her husband also stayed with the dog who was left a basket of treats and made to feel very welcome. We had an evening meal and breakfast both of which were very good.
Staff are excellent very positive team.
Food was good and breakfast was excellent and it starts at 7am. WiFi is good plenty of free parking on site.
I would stay here again.
Parking was easy. Not being able to check-in at the reception, but having to go through to the bar/restaurant was not very good.

Good, apart from the cobwebs
The hotel is very nice and the food is excellent. However, there were a few cobwebs in the corners of the room. The bed was comfortable and the service was good.
