You get what you paid for. Cheap and dirty. Stained bed sheets, hairs between the sheets, sticky floor and carpet. But the staff are amazing, they need appreciation for rowdy guests

Nice older hotel

Good, older hotel. Room was clean, front desk and cleaning staff helpful, close to airport. Other guests were friendly and quiet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sketchy looking guests. Huge problem was no coffee in the morning until 8am when restaurant opened. I was gone by then. And no microwave so I couldn't even bring my own coffee the night before and warm it up. Even one of those lame little coffee makers would have got them another star

Hotel is in pretty rough shape. But the front desk person got me a quiet room at the end of the hall. I had a great sleep. That's all i needed, thanks!

We chose this motel because of its closeness our intended location visit. It appeared to be ok by description in write up. At check in the clerk gave us a warning that the clientel was fire evacuees, and we may well feel uncomfortable. We weighed our options and decided since it was only one night we would stay. The entry to the motel rooms was double entry fobbing, so when you went through the first door you had another to key through. The room was very basic, but showed its age. The bed very comfortable, and despite everything it was extremely quiet. There were no problems with the evacuees, In fact they were very polite. I can't imagine having been displaced and long stay in motel. There was a pool, and a restaurant which we understand served very good meals. We did not try it because of the nature of our visit to rural Manitoba outside Winnipeg.

We decided not to stay after arriving because I was traveling with my daughters and wasn’t comfortable with the environment around the property. There were several people gathered around the bus stop in front of the hotel, and there was noticeable activity outside that made me feel this wasn’t the right fit for my family. The staff were courteous and professional, and my decision was based on my family’s comfort level rather than the service we received.

broken plumbing, crazy card lock system everywhere (which only worked intermittently), checked me out by mistake 2 days early, moved my belongings somewhere, cleaning staff took permanent possession of my medications and pill box. Just chaos and theft. Almost reported it to police but what’s the point? Left a day early just to escape this place. It should have warning signs on the doors and on reservation websites!

We were not advised the pool was not going to be open when booking. That was a disappointment but what I am absolutely pissed off with is the jackhammer construction on the pool which was 30 feet away at 8:00am. Unacceptable for a hotel to allow this. Other items, Bathroom door wouldn’t close, mirror broken, dresser door busted in two pieces. Won’t be back.

Terrible, DO NOT stay here. Awful conditions. Toilets and showers are disgusting and hardly work. No clean towels. Around 3am I had as group of people relentlessly trying do bang down the room door. Not safe, or comfortable . Your better off sleeping in the airport itself.

Too forever for someone to come to reception to check my in (I showed up at 8:00pm). They overcharged me and additional $30 (unrelated to the deposit) from what my Expedia booking said it would be- no explanation for why.

There was not a lot to like about the property, not even the price. The staff were doing their job; the issue is really the building. It is definitely a period piece. Renovations are going on that started at 0700. There is some sort of machine that gets turned on at 0530 which vibrated several rooms for about 10 minutes, including ours. It rattled the spoon off the table. The clientele doesn't respect the 'no smoking' signs and will party on. Tuesday night was quieter, or I was so tired that I slept through it all. The place wasn't rough and neither my wife nor I had concerns for our safety. It just wasn't the place for weary travellers.

It was the worst hotel stay of my life. Crack heads staying up all night and people doing drugs off my window sill at 3:30 am. While listening to loud music. I was afraid to confront them and it took security twenty minutes to arrive. It was a scene from a parody about worst possible scenarios.

The curtains were black. Dried blood on the walls and on the comforter. A cockroach in the bathroom. Urine on the floor by the exit. Then when I brought this up to desk staff they called me a liar so I showed them and when they saw I was t lying the guy avoided me and wouldn’t even come apologize.
