"Although I thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub (which was the reason I got the room) the water did come out slowly and the breakfast was absolutely not worth the time...the people were nice and the atmosphere serene and quiet...I would still go back but I would get breakfast somewhere else...also the return of my money that was for any issues that was placed on a hold has yet to be returned...but still I'd go back again.."

"The building itself is amazing. There seemed to be a recent takeover so there were a number of staff who were not well trained. The house keeping was an issue every single day of our stay. Our keys deactivated twice in our 4 day stay. The restaurant was probably the worst of the experience. We ordered lunch with only one other table in the entire restaurant. Thirty plus minutes later no food. The main bar was the best of the experience. Friendly staff and served delicious cocktails. Also, my room had a gorgeous view and a fun vibe. Hoping that once the takeover has had some time, these issues will be ironed out. This hotel has great potential."

"Accessible, close to the airport and economic"

"My family and I walked in and were impressed on the front of the house, interior look; however, the exterior was a little rough. The lady at front was friendly, but we walked up to our rooms and they were disgusting. There was a stain on the bed, loose toothpicks and debris, really bad water damage along the windows and bathrooms, and some of the lights did not work in the room, there was also hairs on some of the beds. We went downstairs and canceled our stay. Staff were really friendly; however, this did not make up for the lack of cleanliness in this hotel."

"Very helpful staff and kind people. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. They welcomed us very nicely. I personally felt the room needed more care because it wasn’t clean that much. The hotel is so nice and close to everything. The lobby is vintage and peaceful. The pool has an incredible view."
