"The staff were absolutely incredible and I appreciated their insight and advice about the 24-hour airport shuttle, and that breakfast and coffee items were provided even for early morning shuttle service. The staff graciously handled a persistent noise complaint and moved me to a new room when the problem continued after their intervention. Parth in particular was my hero of the stay"

"This place is a dump. TV wouldn’t stay connected to the cable, kept having to unplug and replug. Landline in room had no dial tone. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. I was supposed to get free parking while I was traveling but they charged me $8 per day. They said it was because I booked through expedia. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!"

"Burn holes in draped blanket on bed, walls dirty, blanket you cover with had stains, couch had stains, holes in wall, mold in bathroom ceiling, patched wall in bedroom. But did have a pool laundry n newer looking rooms, and very sweet staff. I paid 40 for early check in and I feel it just was rushed cleaning or maybe they don’t wash walls and doors idk but if you need a quick place to sleep for cheap with nice staff it will work. Also the bar and restaurant advertised on site is closed down. "

"This is a quiet location, close to the airport. I've stayed here multiple times, the staff has always been very helpful. "

"The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. The blackout / privacy curtains were not designed to close and the thin curtains were not enough to insure privacy, had to change in the bathroom. I was able to charge my EV next door at the level 2 charger at the dispensary, which was very helpful. "

"It was wonderful that the hotel was pet friendly & didnt have a dog weight limit but 98% of the dogs at the hotel were not on leashes. Regarding the room, when I went to clean the water off the floor, my cloth came up [not a little but] absolutely covered in dirt. I also went to use the room phone to call the front desk but had an issue - the connector that holds the cable in the telephone port was in but the cable wire had been cut & ripped out of the wall. I made the front desk aware on Friday night, was told it would be fixed Sat but when we left Sun morning, the phone was still in disrepair. Finally, we knew we were near Bradley Airport but found out we were in the direct path for all planes landing. On a totally different note, the housekeeping & front desk staff were very nice!"

"The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast goes till 11:00, something I really appreciate, and the breakfast room is comfortable yet elegant. The carpeting in the hallways is getting a little tired, but it's clean."

"This is my go to place when I travel to this section of CT . This time around my room wasn’t fully cleaned . The bathroom could have used a little bit more cleaning and I didn’t like the fact that the mattress didn’t have a zipper protector . The internet isn’t the best either other than that it’s quiet and the staff are friendly. "
