"Clean and comfortable, but several things were broken around the hotel. Elevator and ice machine were both down while we were there. Didn’t ruin the stay, but were a mild inconvenience. "

"I needed a hotel room in New Brunswick because my husband had open heart at RWJ and I needed a place for 10 days where I could just eat and shower. The bed was so comfortable but I was often in tears and Ruby at the front desk was just incredible. She helped me with parking and even left me a little fruit tray in my room with the sweetest note. I was heartbroken and exhausted every day and the Hyatt kept me going when I was running on fumes. Hyatt was human at a time when I needed a small comfort away from home. I will never forget their kindness and I will never forget Ruby. My heart will always be with Hyatt....<3 "

"We stay over to go to Sesame Place with our young son. Friendly staff. Proximity to Sesame Place is ideal. Ton of options for food in the area. Our room was comfortable."

"Staff is very nice, hotel is large and well appointed, located close to restaurants, entertainment. Rooms are large and well equipped. Multiple elevators so quick to move around hotel, on site bar/restaurant is convenient too. Valet staff very friendly and helpful and organized. We have stayed here multiple times now"

"We had a great stay at this hotel! We arrived around 8:30 p.m., and the front desk clerk was super friendly, even offering us a late check-out so we could enjoy the pool, plus a crib for our baby. Our room was on the road side, but thanks to the good soundproofing, we slept very well. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety. We didn’t use the other facilities, but they looked great. Highly recommend!"
