"I paid almost $300 for 1 night. The lobby was nice but the room was that of maybe a super 8 motel. The bed squeaked, toilet ran all night and the shower had cracked and broken tiles not at all what was expected and not worth what I paid for the night on top of having to pay an additional $15 to park."

It felt like you were falling into a hole when you turned over too close to the middle. For $247 for the night, I expected a comfortable bed."

"The breakfast attendant was not very friendly. She just put out the food…no smile, grumpy looking, maybe just having a rough morning. The shower pressure was not the best this morning or yesterday. All in all, as much as we patronize this property due to visiting family in the area, we may look for another hotel to lodge. It just did not give us the satisfaction that we are used to, unfortunately."

"Not a great stay for us. Room was ready late. Swim deck/pool is closed and "abandonded". Staff was overworked and attitudes were as such. Mildew smell in hallway. No microwave in kitchenette king water view...or fridge. Views are beautiful over the Marina/water. Room was clean and updated. Restaurant owned by the hotel was delicious. Easy driving in and out. Mixed review, but I will be looking for a better value in Hampton next time. The Landing seems to be aiming for high margin customers but not delivering on the basics that are expected at their room prices."
