"The lady at check in was so nice but the property was in really bad shape. We did not get the non smoking king room we requested. The bedding had cigarette burns all over it and was clearly unwashed. When pulled back you could hear crumbs hitting the floor. The smell of smoke was soaked into everything. The sheets did look washed but very stained. The floor was very sticky and dirty. The bathroom wall had feces on it. The shower was very clean and air conditioner worked. You could see under and around the door. The room did not feel safe."
