"Friendly/helpful staff, clean rooms, pretty quiet even when the hotel is booked almost full, good breakfast buffet in the morning, room service was efficient. The only downside I noticed was the wifi was a bit slow/glitchy."

"Took my money Room already had someone booked in it. Never called or cared to offer me a refund when I tried to contact them. Called the number to get hung up on, After waiting 30 mins on hold. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS PLACE. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY RATHER THEN MAKE IT RIGHT. LIKE BOOK ME TO ANOTHER ROOM WITHOUT SOMEONE IN IT OR GIVE ME A REFUND SINCE I HAD TO STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE."

"It was great to have the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only thing that I was caught off guard was that there was no complimentary breakfast. Most hotels of this nature have them. Not a deal breaker but for the money, it would have been of value."

"The front desk girl Stephanie was fantastic. Even called us when we got to the room to make sure everything was OK. Room was dated but they need to do something about the smell they use in there. Very overpowering smell when u walk in. Pillow had a sunflower seed stuck to it underneath and a little bit of blood on the other pillow. Not sure if they even changed the bedding. No pool but breakfast was great"
