It was good for a quick stay

The main takeaway from my experience was how loud it was at night while trying to sleep. The walls must be really thin because you could hear everything going on in the hallway, other rooms beside ours, and also the highway traffic that runs right next to the hotel. The room was nice, but the furniture was quite worn in parts of the room, and the bathroom was a bit outdated.

It was suitable for a short stay and very affordable the continental breakfast which was included is better than expected. Pool area was clean

I had to clean the headboard because there was a suggestive looking substance on the headboard, dirty windowsills, a screw on the floor, chipping plaster, damaged bathroom door. It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed at for the money. 150 dollars for a night I expected better and cleaner. Disappointed.

This property has so much potential! It was clean and the room fit our needs. There should be coffee cups and a tray at the coffee maker space. Sprucewood looks like a project in progress which is great, but attention should be paid to the entrance area to make it more inviting. There are some wonderful landscape pieces around the building but the weeds need to be pulled and mulch or river rock laid around the plantings. Bringing this property to it's potential is certainly an expensive project, but upgrading the linens would be a priority in the guest rooms. I wish you luck on this project. As I said, there is so much potential in this property. I would like to come back and see the progress.
