"This room was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husbandhad just lost his mom 2 days before. The room and view were so peaceful for him. It was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've EVER had at a hotel in my life and there was no free breakfast which I live for. And you should consider due to your prices for that villa. Over all I enjoyed it so much that I'm trying to book again very soon."

"Good: Breakfast had boiled eggs and yogurt. That's nice. Front end staff very nice. Bad: The bed was awful. The room is outdated and little dingy, dirty/peeling wallpaper. Housekeeping was nonexistent. You can hear EVERYTHING. I was on the first floor. Every stop above. Everything the neighbors are saying. Everything outside. Loudest hotel I've ever stayed at."

"We had requested a handicap walk in shower and a room close to the elevators. We were unable to get either one and our room was so far from the elevators. We were told at the time they don’t assign rooms until check in. Even though we were there early, we couldn’t get what we needed. The worst was when they sent up a chair for the shower it took up the whole bathtub, needless to say my husband couldn’t shower during our time there. We were absolutely disappointed and would never book there again. They are definitely not handicapped friendly. Big disappointment!!"

"Was a great place to unwind and relax in the spa , the juice bar was a nice touch. Not a great place to go for a husband and wife as the only co-ed amenity was the heated pool between the mens and womans locker rooms. Would be an amazing girls/guys trip so you would be able to enjoy the sauna, hot tub and steam rooms together. Otherwise it was a clean beautiful spa!"

"Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. "
