"My stay here was great - the front desk was wonderful and helpful. The room itself felt very clean and well maintained. I used the laundry facilities which could use a major upgrade, but probably not a lot of people use them. Would definitely stay here again. "

"There were issues with payment. I paid through Hotels.com when I made my reservation, but the young man at the checkout counter couldn't see evidence of my payment. He told me he would leave a note for the manager and they would figure it out in the morning. When checking out, I was presented with a bill. I explained again everything from the night before. The gal at the counter was new and got very flustered and defensive. She was trying to call someone else for help. After several phone calls, whoever was on the other end of the line could see that I had paid and they let me go. She told me it happens off and on. I've never had an issue paying through Hotels.com before. I think it was something on the hotel's end."
