Spacious, multi-floor condominium located on the beautifully manicured grounds of the Grand Traverse Resort. Our condominium is located on the Spruce Run Golf Course, one of three award-winning golf courses the property has to offer guests. Enjoy the beautiful view of the course from the private balcony while sipping on your favorite beverage. This unit has a private entrance. This property features everything you need to truly experience all Northern Michigan has to offer. Including a convenient location several restaurants in walking distance that will surely make your vacation or business trip both, memorable and relaxing.  
  
The 3 bedrooms are positioned throughout the 2 floors to optimize space, comfort and privacy. The master suite is located on the main level; featuring a king sized bed, attached full bathroom, flat screen HD TV with 100+ channels, large walk-in closet and dressers. The second bedroom is located on the second floor; featuring a queen sized bed, shared attached full bathroom, flat screen HD TV with 100+ channels, large walk-in closet and dresser. The third bedroom is also on the second level with a balcony overlooking the living room, features include; queen sized bed, shared attached bathroom, closet and dresser.  
  
The kitchen, breakfast/wine bar, dinning area and living room are open aired to enjoy your company. The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine with a breakfast/wine bar. The dinning area with seating for six and the living room features a fireplace, air conditioner and flat screen HD TV with 100+ channels with an expansive cathedral ceiling. Other important amenities include a in unit washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi throughout property.  
  
We make your stay as convenient and stress-free as possible by including: bedding, towels, hand soap, body wash, facial & bathroom tissue, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, glassware, china, flatware, cookware, coffee machine, toaster, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, washer and dryer, washing machine tabs, dryer balls, hangers, luggage racks, Flat screen HD TVs, cable TV w/100 digital channels, WiFi, major kitchen appliances, air conditioners. Free parking on site. Ask about onsite garage parking if extra space is required.  
  
As a guest you are welcomed and encouraged to make use of the luxurious amenities of The Grand Traverse Resort & Spa; including all 3 championship golf courses, including the "Bear” by Jack Nicklaus, exceptional restaurants, the numerous shops and, of course, “The Spa” of Grand Traverse. Reservations for golf tee times and the spa are suggested. It should also be noted that this is a privately owned condominium therefore the hotel’s pools are not accessible.  
  
Overall, our condominium has ample amount of space and storage for the entire family, multi-generation family or a group of friends. Please come and enjoy beautiful beaches, endless trails, amazing wineries, great dinning and shopping, the vibrant cultural scene, fantastic Festivals, concerts to name just a few Northern Michigan activates.
