"This property is beautiful and has so much space for large groups! The wraparound porch is amazing. Carol was a great communicator with any questions or concerns that I had! She always got back with me quickly. The house was clean and well stocked with things that we needed. The dock was great and there were plenty kayaks and paddle boards for all of us to enjoy. I would rent this property again."

"Beautiful setting. The cabin is clean, fluffy fresh towels, comfortable bed, full kitchen, perfect hot tub. And on the lake but it is a steep ramp down to the lake, at least in July it was. Very quiet area and we were able to dock our jet skis at the dock. Go to the grocery store before you get here!! It's a long drive to the grocery store! We had no cell coverage here, but the WiFi worked well. Bring shampoo and conditioner, and mostly cook in. Cute restaurant called the Goat House not too far away and it was yummy!"

"Perfect little piece of heaven on Watauga Lake. The tiny house was quite frankly perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The view of the lake was great being high on the hill overlooking the lake. Having the option for renting a boat on property bonus!! The owner provided great communication throughout our stay when we had a question. The house was clean, well organized, and well stocked for our stay. Great place to detox from life and enjoy the outdoors. There is a Merchantile store and winery within 10 minutes of the property. We plan to stay again sometime because it was rainy and cool all weekend. Didn't get to use boat as much as we wanted."

"This is a great cabin to enjoy the lake and the beautiful scenery! We kayaked each day that we were there which was made easy by utilizing the dock. We enjoyed the porch in the evenings eating our dinner and enjoying the beauty of the lake and mountains in a peaceful setting. It was an easy drive to Boone where we went one evening for dinner. The cabin was clean and had all of the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay."
