Great Location! Open concept living area with 3 bed - 2 bath. Indoor/Outdoor living with rocking chairs on the front porch and a sectional on the lanai. Full privacy with a fully fenced back yard for you and your pets! Minutes away from the new Southern Oaks championship golf course, state of the art Ezell recreation center and the new Sawgrass Village square! This is a non smoking home that will allow 2 dogs under 20 lbs. with an additional pet security. The Villages, Florida community has golf and other activities with a guest resident ID. Guest Resident ID not included in rent cost or fees and must be purchased separately upon arrival. To obtain the ID the cost is $50 for 2 cards to the Villages FL sales office and information center. Please request IDs on booking.

Disappointed

We stayed at this home 2 years ago. It’s showing lots of wear and tear. In addition, it was not that clean- dog hair on furniture and floors. Clothes and personal items left in bedroom drawers. Basic kitchen utensils only. Outdoor grill rusty and not able to use. Contacted owner- empathetic but no action. .
