This stunning four bedroom, three bathroom, first level condo located in the highly sought after Hialeah Complex has undergone beautiful renovations and offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from your large private balcony. The Hialeah is located less than half a block to the free beaches of Wildwood Crest and is right across the street from tennis and pickleball courts with the new arts pavilion, new public library, Sunset Lake bike path, basketball courts, parks, and playgrounds also nearby. With one king suite, one queen suite, a queen bedroom, and a pyramid bedroom (one twin over one double/full), this home is perfect for eight people. There is a dining area with seating for six, including four counter stools, for up to ten people to enjoy a meal together or spread out in the open floor plan after a long day at the pool or beach. An enclosed ceiling fan accentuates the pyramid bedroom and ensures no accidents for any little ones sleeping in the top twin bed. The Hialeah Complex features a large, heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grille area, two pool side gazebos, poolside restrooms and shower, elevator, and two assigned parking spaces under the covered parking garage with storage units for beach equipment. Entering the home, you will find the first bedroom to the right with a queen bed, and a junior suite to your left with a queen bed and a connecting bathroom. As you continue into the home, you will see a separate full bathroom to the right, located adjacent to another spacious bedroom with the pyramid bed. The utility room with full size washer and dryer will be to the right, just after the hall bathroom. The kitchen is to the immediate right as you enter the large living space to the rear of the unit and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, flatware, glassware, stemware, pots, and pans. Beyond the dining area in the living area, you will see a sliding glass balcony door to the deck, a fireplace, and a mounted 65” flat screen television. The king suite with a new king bed is just off the living area and features another sliding glass balcony door to the large private balcony and an immaculate connecting bathroom. The unit was impeccable, even better than advertised and the location couldn't have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The property management company was incredibly responsive and efficient and made the check-in, check-out process seamless. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Bernard V. 22 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Consider this one carefully We had our family vacation at the Hialeah from 8/14/21 to 8/21/21 where we stayed in one of the first floor units. The unit was great for our family and the location near the beach was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet the entire time we were there. There were two issues that came up during our stay. The first was that there was only one elevator and at the time of check in the lines of people were so long it prohibited all of us from getting our things to our rooms. Since we were on the first floor we walked all of our luggage, food and belongings up the stairs. Second, we experienced a noise problem that stemmed from within the complex. The building was clearly built without any type of sound buffering between the floors and the amount of noise from the unit above ours was horrible. It usually started around 10:00 p.m. with what sounded like a tender age child running and pounding of the floor from one end of the unit to the other. This went on for two to three hours and it caused the light above our table to shake and the dishes in our cabinets to rattle. I reached out to the property manager Alex the first night we were there inquiring what we can do to address this noise issue and for the next two nights the noise was slightly less. However, by Wednesday night it not only started up again it was considerably worse. I texted Alex at 10:30 p.m. however my text went unanswered until the next afternoon. It became clear to me that he either never addressed my complaint or the guest above us were just extremely inconsiderate of others staying in the complex. By Thursday night and then again on Friday I received no follow up from Alex and he stopped answering my texts altogether. The more troubling issue was that a very young child was running and stomping through the unit until after midnight almost every night we were there. The failure of the property manager Alex to address our noise complaint along with the lack of any noise buffering in the complex would insure that we will never stay there again. ##### Bernard V.
