"The property was as described. It was very clean, very updated and very attractive in appearance. We had a few questions and the host responded immediately and was very helpful. I would’ve given it an excellent review versus a good and hate to complain because it was such a beautiful property but our mattress on the second bedroom was terrible."

"We had a lovely time in this house. The space was ample, clean, and great for my family.The hot tub needed complete emptying with some repair after we arrived. The workmen allowed one of our dogs to get out, which was of great concern since he is a flight risk rescue dog. I informed the owner of a few other items that need attention. She was very responsive to our concerns."

"Jennifer, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. This was easily one of our favorite VRBO stays.The house was spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and the views from the deck are even better than the photos. We spent every morning drinking coffee while looking out over the mountains, watching mule deer stroll by the deck almost every day, and every evening enjoying some of the most incredible sunsets and thunderstorms we’ve ever seen. The deck quickly became everyone’s favorite place to gather.The location was perfect. We were close to everything we wanted to do—fishing, hiking to beautiful alpine lakes, exploring Summit County, and enjoying great restaurants—while still feeling like we had our own peaceful mountain retreat.Traveling with a large family, including little ones, can be challenging, but the home had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It became more than just a place to sleep—it was where we shared meals, relaxed after long hikes, and made memories we’ll be talking about for years. Watching the kids catch trout, hike through the mountains, and experience Colorado together made this trip incredibly special.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained home with spectacular views, abundant wildlife, and an excellent location, don’t hesitate to book this property. MountainView Condo – 2BR/2BA with Stunning Views and Amazing Amenities!

"Our condo was perfect for us. Loved the view from the balcony the most. Even walking around the grounds was beautiful. The only complaint anyone had was there wasn't a TV in the 2nd bedroom. The hot tub and pool weren't working in this building but the next building wasn't far at all we used that one. Game room was fine kids liked ping pong. Easy to get to, Definitely would stay again."

"There were four of us and two dogs staying for the weekend. There was more than plenty of space for our smaller group and the property was open and inviting making it easy to socialize. The hot tub was lovely and a great place to view the night sky. Ambient lighting for the steps to or edges of the hot tub would be a great touch for the future. The basement was a nice cool temperature throughout the day, but the upstairs did get a bit warm in the late afternoon/evening during middle of July. We found a fan in the upstairs closet and a few of the windows had screens, so we were comfortable. Maybe screening the rest of the windows could help on hotter days. Overall we had a wonderful weekend in a fantastic location and would definitely revisit and recommend to others."

"Our escape to this quiet neighborhood was just what we needed! The house was accommodated with almost everything I'd envision guests would need for a comfortable stay. The only recommendation would be to provide a variety of size in skillets (I could not find a single one in the kitchen) and update some of the cookware for the families that prefer to make a grocery run and eat most meals at the rental property."

"nice spot, a little more difficult to get into the building because of ongoing construction.But clean, small but adequate size, served the purpose (summer weekend for family gathering).Was available at fairly short notice.Lots of communication from the host with clear instructions about everything."
