Lake Whitney : nos recommandations pour des propriétés de vacances

1. Tiny Tiger Shipping container with AC in charming Whitney

Whitney

« Had a quick trip out to Lake Whitney for a visit. Needed a place to overnight and found this place. Worked out for our needs. It sits out about 10 minutes east/northeast of Whitney on some caliche roads. Was peaceful and relaxing after a day of running around. Nice view and quiet. Bed comfy, a/c worked great (a bit of noise but nothing out of ordinary), and nice big bathroom area for small unit. Had small kitchen stuff with coffee bar, microwave, and small frig. Can't really cook but...

« The pictures were misleading about this property and there is a terrible cat odor smell upstairs. There is one door that is locked that the smell seems to come from. One day we came back and this door was open and what looked like an old molded mattress was on the floor. There is no pool on property, nor is there access to one. The one listed is 30 minutes way and you do not have access to the pool since it is on another resort. We sat outside on the upstairs patio one night and were eaten...

« The host was very nice . The place was nice enough for the price. But I had 3 problems. 1st the internet password was not posted. About 10 text messages to the host and finally got it to work. 2nd the fold out loveseat was way past its usefulness! Luckily we found a inflatable bed in a closet and it was nice. 3rd and the most important! (The STAIRS) . Let me just tell you we are 3 old lifelong carpenters who have built hundreds of stairs. We decided that these are the worst built and the most...

« Cute, well decorated Storage Container home. Safe area and overall a good experience. Everything needed (essentials) provided and I loved being able to cool the unit as needed.Communication was great and the drawbacks were (more so because also traveling with my 16 year old son and we watch shows at night)-The TV was unplugged and the outlet it was supposed to plug into did not work, so we tried another outlet- however, the batteries were dead in the remote, the wifi was unaccessible, Our code...

« This was our first experience with a VRBO like this and we loved it! Our kids had their own area and we had the upstairs to ourselves. The stairs going up can be kind of difficult to maneuver with bags, but we took stuff up a little at a time and all was good. The location next to the little shops was amazing (try the coffee shop - you will thank me later). We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again! »

« First checking in the room code wouldn't work. Called twice and couldn't reach anyone. Finally texted thru the app and got someone who gave me a new code. Then after grabbing food and coming back around 930 we wanted to turn on the TV for my toddler to wind down for bed. Wifi doesn't work to connect to the TV and it never did work out entire stay. That was ROUGH with a toddler. Then the next morning straigtning my hair the basket fell down from the wall (I'm 5'4) and it was shoulder height ina...
