"Apres avoir encaissé le prix du séjour, l'hôtel s'est permis de prélever 18$ supplémentaires sur notre compte, sans explication ni justification. Impossible de s'y opposer sans faire opposition sur tous les paiements de la carte Visa. Pour 18$ cela ne vaut pas le coup mais c'est quand même une escroquerie. Au téléphone ils ont prétendu qu'un distributeur de shampooing était abîmé, ce qui est faux, ou pas de notre fait. Enfin le petit déjeuner était insipide et le personnel ne réapprovisionne pas le buffet qui n'est plus accessible à partir de 9h. "
