"Best hotel by far. The Tap house restaurant inside this hotel is so good as well with very friendly staff and amazing food. Loved the convenience of not having to leave the hotel if we didn’t want to. We could just eat here at the hotel . Was nice that they gave you a 10.43 discount for charging to your room as well. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I was able to wash my laundry as well for $2.00 a load before heading back home that was a plus in its self. If we ever came back to Nashville I would definitely stay here again."

"Unfortunately we were given the keys to a room where someone else was staying. We then were given another room but had no housekeeping for the whole of our stay, when we should have had a least one days cleaning."

"We had a room booked for April 10th. While boarding our flight, I received a call from the hotel informing me they could no longer honor our reservation due to a “water leak.” When I asked whether any other rooms were available on the property, I was told none were. When I asked for help securing a room at another hotel, I was told they could not provide any assistance. We booked another hotel nearby at a higher price. As we drove past the original property, the parking lot was full and several large tour buses were parked outside, suggesting the hotel was operating normally despite the explanation we were given. Do not book here if you expect your reservation to be honored."

"Stay was great. Building was old. I felt same in the event of a weather catastrophe. And shower was weird."

"There needs to be better communication in place on how to check in. I did not receive the code. I had to call the customer service line, thankfully they were quick to respond. It was nerve wrecking up until then. They sent a link but no code or instructions on how to enter the code into key pad. Limited street parking and paid parking lot across that is not gated. I would not recommend walking alone at night. Glad there is a Kroger next door to generate traffic to the area. Recommend Uber to downtown"
