« Staff was great, room was clean but "worn out". They are in the middle of upgrades and renovations so I feel this may be changing soon. One bed was literally crooked because obviously only one side gets slept on, but suprisingly it was still very comfortable. Air and heat worked great. Not spotless clean but clean and neat and like I said, quite worn out and old. The white bedcovers were quite stained but freshly clean and yes, I smelled them. « 1st impression: Felt unsafe and had a musty stench in the air. Beds were made in a very disheveled manner. Ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t get more until housekeeping got there which was after we had to check out. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Good points: Appreciated having an elevator. Air conditioner / heater ran well. It was nice to have a kitchenette even though we didn’t use it. »
