"It was my first time booking a room there, so when I arrived, I chose to self-park my vehicle and walk to the hotel, which is connected to the casino. After parking and grabbing my luggage, I headed toward the elevator. A kind young woman let me know that luggage isn’t allowed on that elevator to the main floor since it goes directly to the casino, not the hotel. So I decided taking the stairs, which led me outside on the opposite side of the building. From there, I walked back up the parking ramp to my car, drove around to the front, and used valet instead. I generally avoid valet due to past damage to my vehicle, so that was frustrating. The hotel itself was fantastic, but it would really benefit from having a dedicated elevator or stair access specifically for hotel guests."

"The cleaning service was non existent. I stood at the hotel for 5 nights and my room was cleaned once. I had to call for service and all that was done was the bed and the trash. We were not given towels (I had to call for them), the toilet paper was not replenished (there were four of us in the room), and the complimentary coffee was not replenished."

Cleaning staff did a rather poor job. Stayed in downtown Pittsburgh many times, at half a dozen different locations, and this one was one of the more underwhelming ones. "

"Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed."

"For the price, it was excellent. The center of downtown, well you would think you wouldn't have any issues. It wasn't the case at some point. Someone venalized several cars on the block around a corner for me. Other than that, everything overall was well."
