The Space:

Wake to mountain views and the quiet of Nicklaus North, then ease into the day with coffee on the wrap-around deck or gather around the fireplace after an afternoon outdoors. With generous living spaces across three levels, there’s room to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. In winter, the private hot tub is a favourite place to unwind beneath the evening sky, while the warmth of the chalet draws everyone back indoors for dinner, games, and long conversations.



Living spaces

There’s space here for everyone to settle into their own rhythm. The main floor is the heart of the chalet, with a generous living and dining area that opens onto the wrap-around deck, giving the whole group plenty of room to gather. Upstairs, the open loft offers a quieter spot to read, relax, or watch TV, while downstairs, the media room becomes its own destination with foosball, a wet bar, and another TV. A spacious mudroom keeps winter gear organized after a day on the mountain, and a separate laundry room makes longer stays easy.



Kitchen and dining

The upgraded kitchen makes cooking for the whole group feel part of the experience, with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Start the morning around the breakfast bar, then come together around the dining table for eight after a day of exploring Whistler. When the weather calls for dinner outdoors, fire up the BBQ on the patio and make the most of the mountain setting.



Sleeping arrangements

On the main level, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and access to its own sundeck. The ensuite features a deep soaking bathtub, double vanity, and a glass-enclosed rain shower. A second bedroom nearby includes a king split bed, which can be made up as either a king bed or two twin beds to suit your group's needs. Also on this level you'll find a bathroom that features a glass-enclosed shower. On the lower level, the third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom includes another king split bed that can likewise be arranged as a king or two twins. This level is complemented by two additional bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower combination, and another with a modern glass-enclosed shower.



Outdoor living

The expansive backyard gives everyone room to enjoy the outdoors. In summer, spread out on the lawn, gather on the patio for a BBQ, or settle into the shaded seating beneath the trees. In winter, the snow-covered yard becomes a playground for snowmen and snow angels, before everyone warms up with a soak in the private hot tub.



Amenities

Central air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round. Wifi and a dedicated workspace support remote work needs, while TVs, board games, and inviting common areas provide entertainment. Essentials, bathroom amenities, and in-unit washer and dryer are included. A smart lock allows for self check-in, and luggage dropoff is available when needed. A double garage offers free parking on premises, with additional outdoor parking available.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
