The Space:
Soft morning light settles over snow-covered peaks, and the air carries the crisp stillness that comes with Whistler's winter season. From your perch beside the golf course, you can step into the cold for a moment, hear the quiet around you, and then return indoors to the warmth of a fireplace or a soak in the private hot tub beneath the pale mountain sky. After days spent skiing or exploring the village, this townhome offers a calm retreat wrapped in scenic views.
Please note that a roofing project will be underway throughout the Goldenwood complex from late March (weather-dependent) through the end of July. During this time, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and noise as contractors complete essential building improvements. Accommodation rates have been adjusted and an additional construction discount is applied at the time of booking to help offset any potential disturbances during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements
This two-level townhome accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a fireplace, TV with cable, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. Its ensuite includes a double vanity, deep-soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and heated floor. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each have a double bed and access to the hot tub, along with their own private ensuites. One includes a glass-enclosed shower, while the other has heated floors and a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, the fourth bedroom provides a queen bed, TV, and patio access, with an ensuite that features heated floors and a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room on this level adds extra convenience.
Living spaces
The main floor blends exposed log posts, beams, and vaulted ceilings, creating a warm gathering space after a day on the slopes. A family room with TV and cable offers an inviting spot to unwind, while a separate living area with a gas fireplace provides a cozy setting for quiet evenings. The dining area seats six and opens toward the patio, with a breakfast bar for three offering an additional place to linger over morning coffee before venturing out into the snow.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for group meals, with granite counters, Bosch appliances, and heated slate floors that feel especially welcome in the winter season. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the mountain or cooking together at the end of the day, everything you need is close at hand.
Outdoor living
The patio overlooks the golf course and provides a peaceful winter setting with outdoor dining space and a BBQ grill. On the upper level, the private hot tub sits on a wrap-around deck, offering a place to warm up beneath open skies with mountain views in the distance.
Amenities
Amenities include in-suite laundry, wifi, a dedicated workspace, heating, an indoor fireplace, and a two-car garage with additional driveway parking. Guests also have access to tennis courts within the complex and can enjoy lake access via a nearby path or dock. The home is set just a 7-minute drive from Whistler Village, providing quick access to ski slopes, shops, and restaurants while maintaining a sense of seclusion. Its position beside the golf course offers scenic views year-round, with winter bringing a quiet, snow-draped landscape.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.
• The Goldenwood complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
