"I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurants were easy to locate including a Starbucks right in the hotel. I loved that it was right next to the Toyota Centre so if you have an event there it’s 5 steps from the hotel. This hotel also has a spa with lockers and also a fully equipped gym."

"The hotel and furnishings need to be upgraded. Various stains and paint issues within the room. The staff didn’t speak English and getting things like tissue and towels was a bit complicated. The suite didn’t have basic things like soap or dishwasher pods. The view was nice but it wasn’t worth the price!"

"Real nice bar area . Central location to everywhere that i needed to get to . Ubers were able to get there in a timely manner . Room size was great , only downfall is that the rooms didn’t get as cool at nights how i wanted them too . Staff cleaned room daily when asked ."

"Club Room was terribly small so the pictures were a little misleading. No fridge and the bathroom ceiling had black marks which we couldn’t tell if its just dirt or mold. Stayed for one night but wouldn’t stay there for longer unless we upgraded to a bigger room."
