"The property was amazing! Very quiet and gorgeous. The pool is beautiful and the snorkeling was great. We loved having the bar and restaurant on property. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Ron was very responsive and provided everything we asked for and then some. We will definitely be back!!"

"The owner was very professional and kind. She checks in everyday to make sure everything was okay and we didn’t need anything. Spotless place. Very safe with a gate and security . Very spacious. Beautiful scenery and there’s a restaurant on site. You are right on the beach. Will definitely book again. "

"The resort is well located in a secluded area which we LOVE! There are so many conches when you walk toward the Northwest Point. The water is not as nice as Grace Bay beach but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool is well maintained with floaters available. The condo was well equipped except that it was missing the extra sheets for the sofa bed. We called the manager using whatsapp and she rushed over to give us some. She was very responsive."

"If you want to visit paradise to get away from it all, THIS is the place! The property is lovely, well appointed and equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. The view is spectacular and because it’s adjacent to a national park, there are miles of deserted beach to explore. Ana is an exceptional communicator and provided assistance and suggestions that added additional dimensions to our experience. We absolutely loved this property."

"We stayed for 3 nights of our 7 night trip. I’m glad we only did 3 nights, it is about 25 minutes from the shops and restaurants at grace bay. The host was super nice and communicative. The property and pool was very nice but during our stay there was a lot of mosquitos to the point of not being able to stay outside past 4:30pm (not the condos fault but something to know before you go). It’s a much less expensive option than grace bay but you get what you pay for."

"This was a great place to stay! The property is very well-maintained and the grounds are very well-maintained. The beach was maintained daily with some kind of seaweed removing device as seaweed would build up along the shore. There is literally a mile of private beach beyond the beach associated with the “resort“. There was actually a small reef just 100 m offshore to snorkel and see fish. "Everyone’s favorite resort! Directly on the ocean. Wrap around balcony and VIP suite oceanfront. Very expensive over 1,000 a night but worth it. Don’t do the shuttle to grocery store. They charge you for the shuttle and take you to an expensive gourmet shop. The butler service is more like a concierge but they have great suggestions ! I would suggest a free shuttle and better breakfast but will definitely be back ! Restaurant expensive but not very good. But the bartender was wonderful. "
