« The inside of the cabin is adorable and they have thought of your every need. It is comfortable and well stocked.We walked up the trail leading to the Hatfield Family Cemetery, and visited the museum as well A lot of WV history in such a small museum. The Lady running the store/museum was very nice and very happy to answer all of our questions about the Hatfield and McCoy feud.She had much interesting information being a direct descendent to Devil Ance Hatfield. »

« This place was a wonderful place to stay the host Gary is incredible. The house was very clean and only a short mile to the trail system down the road looks like very nice neighborhood wasn't worried about anything what do ever. Has everything you need at the house including firewood bathroom utensils and all other necessities.i would definitely think about staying there again and if you are looking and pick this place you won't be sorry! »

« Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. »

« The check-in process was very easy, just make sure you check your messages before arriving so you can get the code while you have cell service. There is wifi access once you check in. The cabin was very clean and cozy with plenty of space for myself, my husband and 3 children (16-24yrs) to enjoy time together without getting on each others nerves lol. « Room was clean and well stocked. There is a fridge and microwave which I couldn't tell from the listing, and was nice to have! Nice location close to Matewan where our event was located. Quiet area and lots of parking which was great since we had two cars. My only "complaint" was too many plug in air fresheners, but that's a personal preference that I won't hold against them :) I just unplugged them during our stay so I didn't get a migraine. »

« The location is ideal, close to Rock House and Devil Anse. It took almost 22 hours to get a response from the host and we were getting ready to book something else. The staff was not very friendly at all during the check in process. They didnt tell us where our camper was located, and we had to walk around and figure it out like Dora.
