Just 7 miles south of Munising and close to bike and hiking trails you can adventure this summer and fall heading any direction. End your evening in front of the cozy fireplace inside or firepit outside while the kids roast their smores. Canoe and row boat available on the lake. No beach on this property as the water table is high this year but you can explore the lake with plenty of swimming and fishing. This is an all sports lake. Cabin does not have a boat launch, however, there is a trail and steps to access lake from the cottage. \*\*\*If you are booking through Airbnb or VRBO you will receive a separate contract from Pictured Rocks Vacation Rentals. Plenty of dishes and stocked with items like bath and kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap (including dish soap) and even various spices. The bed was a bit firm to our liking but we had brought a foam topper. Better lifting would also help as the cabin interior is stained a fairly dark wood on the walls and ceiling. We were looking forward to kayaking but there was only a rowboat, canoe and paddle boat. The cabin is conveniently located for access to numerous hiking trails and watery. Cabin decor was spot on and cozy with comfortable couches, chairs and beds. We had everything we needed and felt at home. The management company was very responsive and helpful.
