« If I could give this host ZERO stars, I would.I made and received confirmation for my reservation on May 5 for a stay from June 4–8. Then, on May 31—just days before our trip—the host, Amara, informed me that they could not accommodate our stay because they were changing locations and were no longer accepting bookings.By that point, the deadline for a full refund had already passed. We had arranged flights, a rental car, event tickets, and other travel plans based on this confirmed reservation....

« I hate to tell everyone how great this was because they will know my little secret . This place is excellent from the host on down. The location and security is excellent and the peace and quiet of the place. The Galaria is right down the street so there are plenty of shops. I found this spot last year and made sure I rented again this year. Nicole is a most gracious host who responds in minutes to any question you might have. Overall this is a fantastic spot. »

« This is a very old property. The apartment has been cosmetically upgraded, but the infrastructure is poor. We intentionally booked a place with two bathrooms but had only one working bathroom for one night (shower failure) and one working toilet for all three nights. The property manager was very responsive but the toilet issue could not be fixed during our stay.The apartment is lacking in cleanliness.
