We booked two rooms for our family and they were on completely opposite sides of the motel with one upstairs and the other downstairs. The stairs were not shoveled, there was ice on each one and was very unsafe. Men dressed in all black hanging around outside. The first room was ok besides the carpet was disgusting. The second room smelt like smoke, blood on the toilet set and ROACHES everywhere.
