"Check in was a breeze, Mark made it so easy on us, it felt like going home. Everyone was traveling here and arriving at different times. Although i did not ask for it, Mark stepped up by allowing us an earlier check-in. 11 family members stayed here and we were all so pleased with the house. Sparkling clean, 5 great bedrooms, kitchen that was fully equiped, bathrooms for everyone, outdoor grill, and a heated pool. It was close to beaches, downtowns, the LIE and the LIRR. For the kids, toys, games, puzzles, bicyles, and the pool. Also a pool table, 2 big screens, and the nearby aquarium in Riverhead was amazing.We had a great stay, what a wonderful place to bring a family."

"The staff were amazing and assisted very quickly. I arrived very late, and they were able to accommodate it. The room was amazing, the bed incredibly soft. Downtown was close by and easy to reach. Three Ducks provides little pamphlets with suggestions on things to do, and I found that very helpful for my quick trip. "

"We rented this beautiful house in the Hamptons to celebrate a 90th birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The home itself is gorgeous, with stunning water views and plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out comfortably.We stayed in March, so it was a bit too cool to use the outdoor amenities, but the pool and hot tub look like they would be fantastic in warmer weather. There’s also a lovely dock right on the water that would be perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.The host was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with—quick to respond to all communications and incredibly pleasant throughout the entire process.Overall, a fantastic property and a great place for a special celebration. We would definitely consider staying here again!"
