« Me and my daughters stayed in room 2094 last night. I booked a room online and when we got there, we had to carry all of our bags up two flights of stairs which was not really a problem. But I had talked to the guy that was working at the front desk/ check- in twice about the room and the condition of it. « My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made: 1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful. 2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing. 3. Some staff members are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Many are...
