« There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...

It was easy to check-in, clean, and the hosts communicated really well. But there were also a lot of little things that even I hadn't thought of in the room that were very convenient. « Very cozy and filled with niceties. Comfortable bed and walking distance to the beach! Great dancing space! Had a bit of other people’s air and scents. I would definitely stay there again for the charm »
