"The room was clean, spacious, at a great temperature. The standup shower had great water pressure and good lighting. Had the best smash burger ever at the restaurant! Staff was friendly and the location was walking distance to shopping, dining and supermarket. We will stay there again on our next trip to Portland!"

"Great building, and dtn location.... I was overcharged on my final invoice and couldn't get anyone to return a call for days. Then magically i was partially refunded but a debate occurred because i was looking for the all of the $15 daily amenities that were NOT accounted for on my "final" invoice. I had fortunately taken pics of my invoices from the bar which were put on my rooms tab, but oddly those invoices disappeared from my final invoice...(very strange accounting) I have a corrected final invoice, but a week later i have not been refunded. Refunding money owed to a client when over billed seems to be an issue beyond the The Heathman staff's current abilities.........."
