"Very old and dated hotel. It was clean for the most part, but the property looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. The bathtub faucet was constantly leaking and the toilet flush was weak. We only stayed one night as a stop but I would not recommend this place for a “vacation” stay in Miami. Staff was nice enough. Amenities are dated, including the pool in which we witnessed other guests upset that there only a handful of loungers available. Local shops/restaurants are walkable but near a major highway. The local mall area was practically void of retailers- apparently scheduled to be torn down soon. "

"The staff was not helpful at all. They overcharged me at the restaurant and bar. The shuttle is not free and does not show up when it's supposed to do so I ended up having to call an Uber to get to the port so I would not miss my cruise and their English is not very good. The lights in my room not all of them worked nor did either of all of the outlets. The smell in my room was disgusting."

"Took a bit to get the room to cool down to good sleeping temp. Beds were comfortable but bathroom set up was terrible. Very small toilet and shower area. Literally almost had to step in the shower to open and close bathroom door"

"The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good! The best part was Alex our shuttle driver from the hotel to the port! He got us through traffic in record timing."
