"POSITIVES: The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The television had a nice selection of programs to watch. I appreciated how quiet it was at nighttime. I also appreciated that the water actually got hot. We loved the Kuring Coffee maker & Quality of Coffee in the room was very good. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: The Internet connection was very poor. Did not work most of the time. We had to use our phones instead of being able to use a tablet or laptop. The towels were rough, like sand paper, I would suggest bringing your own. The shower was super short even for me at 5’4” and especially for my spouse who is over 6’ Tall. There was no soap dish in the bathroom for you to put soap in by the sink. I am not sure if it was the body wash or lack of water pressure but it took a long amount of time to rinse the soap off in the shower. There was no hair conditioner for women, this is a must! There are no charging ports available in the room for modern electronics. (We brought one that plugged into the lamp, which worked well). However, one of the lights in the lamp kept flickering like it was about to go out. Not much of a variety for the complimentary breakfast but “The Store”, in Anacortes, Has a lovely bakery selection! THE JACUZZI Was a bit of a surprise. It was Pink and a much Older Model than expected. However, it is very deep, large, and did the job. Robes were too small for a 6’ man. It would have been nice to have some bath salts to add. "

"Checking in was a hassle. Person didn’t set key codes in time. People waited around in the hall for awhile and the guy never showed up personally. He changed the codes at some point but didn’t call any of us to tell us so. Room was great. "

"enjoyed our stay.....it was just what we were looking for. the views were amazing. sadly the beautiful pool was not open yet, and you had to call to have the hot tub opened for you. would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"We arrived before all the amenities were in full swing for the summer season. The café wasn’t open and the breakfast was not available while we were there, but we had a great time going to the various restaurants. This hotel was so convenient for walking! The front desk was quick to answer my text messages whenever I had a question – I would definitely go back during the summer season."

"Great parking. Kitchen was sparsely stocked. Only 1 wine glass in the room. Sink in main bathroom was rusted. Since in the first bathroom was corroded. Hard to turn on. Oddly decorated rooms. Beds were great and the covers and sheets were perfect for a chilly night."
