"It was amazing the stuff the location everything was perfect. Great location for a staycation "

"The room was clean and comfortable except for the sofa bed. We had a party of three, which meant they offered us a king bed plus sofa bed. There were food bits and trash under the cushions and mattress, and the bed was not put together correctly as the foot either caused the bed to collapse or raised one’s feet up. Also, having a party of three it would have been nice to have three bath towels. The floor had been recently updated, which was nice but lingering with the “new” smells was the aroma of marijuana in a non-smoking hotel. The breakfast experience was mixed in that the food was adequate for most and the coffee not horrible, but all tables were a mess, the options for those of us with allergies were nearly non-existent, and we had the misfortune of having uncontrolled children running around screaming when we were there. Lastly, the parking isn’t ideal. It is primarily on the backside while the entrance and elevator are not. Overall, it is still a good nights sleep (if you keep the fan on as the walls are thin), the front desk staff are nice, and the room was adequately clean and updated."

"Took 45 minutes to checkin due to computer issues. First room offered smelled like smoke and was refused. Crib had been requested and confirmed a couple days earlier but was not setup in room. I had to insist that staff find one and set it up in the second room. Staff needed to be asked to do everything and acted like they were doing me a favor. For 250/night! "

"We were kept up most of the night by people playing music and having loud sex next door. I am not sure if they were loud or the fact we had a room with an adjoining door. After an hour plus we called the front desk to complain. The guy told us if they were having sex they should be done soon. I told him it was going on for more than an hour. He told me I could call the police. Two hours later, still playing music and having loud sex. The front desk attendant knocked on their door to ask them to keep it down. They basically told him to go away and then he told them we were threatening to call the police, Great for him to put us in that position. Went down in the morning and the young lady was nice but basically the message was you get what you pay for. We even offered to move to another room, but they were full. They seem to get a lot of local clienteles on the weekends. I would not suggest going there with your family/kids. If you do, take your light noise machine or get the app on your phone. Aside from above, cleanliness is sub par and many odors."
