« The room was not cleaned until we requested it one our third day (after 2 nights) and it really needed it since we were staying with small children. It felt like we had to beg them to clean and even after that they told us they weren’t allowed to change the sheets until we had been there 5 nights (though they did after us persisting with the request). « Unfortunately we found mold in the room, visible under the AC unit. The unit was also filthy with black crusted mold on the units vent fan. There was trash left behind as well. I immediately took a picture and shared with the front desk staff. They were dismissive and said it will get handled. It never got resolved. Very disappointed in the way this situation was not dealt with - the staff did not care. »

« My group recently stayed there over Labor Day weekend and the hotel was not bad but seemed a bit pricey for the quality. I do realize it’s the area and timeframe I chose though. Some positives were the front desk staff. The ladies that checked us in were welcoming and helpful which was much appreciated. The pool area was also a nice space which we definitely utilized. « Rooms were ok with cleanliness. After 2 nights requested for room service, only the towels and bath supplies were replaced. Other than being close to the beach nothing much to this hotel. Rooms were small for the price. Coffee machine at the lobby was excellent. »
