"This was a stop over on the way to a holiday further north in Scotland. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are a little tired but perfectly functional. One of our rooms was to the front of the hotel opposite the local supermarket and cash point (the cashpoint is regularly used and weirdly noisy) - the supermarket opens early - if you are a light sleeper the noise will wake you up. Interestingly we booked 2 rooms at the same price and they differed massively in terms of space and bathroom size - one was certainly worth more than the other. All in all it was a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a very hearty breakfast included. I probably wouldn't stay again as the price is on the high side for what it offers,"

"Very convenient location for our visit to North Berwick, and the town centre location meant we didn't need a car - big bonus! The flat is very well done, very comfortable bedrooms , lovely spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is a little small but if you are good friends you can manage. The flat was cool even on a hot day, so that was nice. Ideal would be a washer/dryer in the kitchen as we needed space to dry some clothes washing and had to have the rack in the living room but then we worked out how to put the heating on and could dry on the radiators. All very easy, we had a lovely week."

"This is an absolutely lovely apartment in a brilliant position in North Berwick . It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful especially with parking needs . We are hoping to book again next year. Highly recommend this accommodation."

"Could not ask for a better place to stay when visiting North Berwick. Can't beat the view out the living space. Great location, plenty of room for a group of four and could easily fit more as needed. One bedroom is accessed through another bedroom - not an issue for our group. Parking is fine for one vehicle. Will look to book again next time we're visiting. Everything was clean and clearly communicated."

"Plenty of space, more even than we realized! Very clean, mostly well equipped except no corkscrew.... Worked well for our holiday with two families. Could see the beach from the windows, and a quick walk to all the shops in town. We were thrilled with the location! Host very responsive. A little trouble with the sink, faucet loose and sometimes sprayed out if water flow strong, so be prepared...."

"We had a fantastic stay in North Berwick while my son was there for a golf tournament. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home for the week. The hosts, Roy and Brenda were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The location was perfect, with easy access to the golf courses, town center, restaurants, and the stunning coastline. North Berwick is a charming place to visit, and staying here made the experience even more special.We are so grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and gladly stay here again on a future trip!"

"This property is situated down a lane, attached to other holiday accommodation. The one and only entry door leads straight up a staircase to your accommodation spread over 2 floors. The lounge looks out onto the beach and sea. You could sit for hours just watching the world go by. Dining room, kitchen, toilet and a double en suite bed room complete the first floor. On the second is another double and two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom. We kept in touch by WhatsApp for anything we wanted to know about the property. They have thought of everything holidaymakers may want - including a glass fronted wine cooler fridge! Within 300 yards is the harbour and the Seabird Centre. There is plenty to read, watch, press in interactive games, along with a small cafe, that you could spend many hours there. The main street has a lot of independent shops, including 2 supermarkets. We can highly recommend The Sugar Mountain for excellent ice cream, chocolates and other sweets. The North Berwick Fry fish and chip shop nearby is very good. Always busy but they serve first class food, quickly and efficiently. Also check out the Herringbone restaurant.Take a trip on Sula 3 to the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island to see the Puffins, Kittiwakes, Shags, etc nesting there. Travel a few miles west to East Fortune and The Museum of Flight. Step on board the first Concorde, test your flying skills while still on the ground, hear about their conservation work and enjoy the cafe food. 5 stars from us!"
