"I didn’t like the old smell in some of the rooms. Like the carpet was wet. Not all rooms. Just one that I was in before. But overall i would recommend the Sheraton in Brookfield. Thank you guys!"

While the room was clean, the advertised hot tub and sauna were removed and staff were not polite when we inquired. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast buffet, which was excellent."

"3 star review. The location is good, lobby area was excellent however ther seems a shortage of staff and house keeping. Our room was not ready and waited until 5:30pm. The blinds on one of the windows fell off resulting to a bright room at early morning like 6am when we still wanted to sleep in. The Manager was kind enough to give us free breakfast to compensate inconveniences."
