« Nous avons été surclassé et avons eu une suite au lieu de la chambre que nous avions réservé. La suite était très grande, grand salon avec table et canapé, grande télévision, grande chambre avec dressing et grande salle de bain refaite à neuf. Nous avions une jolie vue sur les montagnes et les vaches. Nous avons toutefois regretté l'absence de rideaux occultants dans la chambre. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais bien entretenu. Nous sommes arrivées un mardi et le restaurant est fermé ce...

"DÉÇUS. Rien ne correspondez à notre réservation… Nous avons logés dans un autre bâtiment à plusieurs centaines de mètres donc aucune commodité de l’hôtel réservé, bar, vue sur le lac et même le petit déjeuner où nous avons été une seule fois le jour du départ. Les chambres devais êtres insonorisés, avec chauffage individuel, mais rien de tout cela, et en plus, vous avions deux petites couettes d’un mètre pour un grand lit, une horreur, surtout que les chambres n’étaient pas bien chauffées. Douche sans porte !!! Une note de deux étoiles, tout simplement, parce que le personnel a tout fait pour notre arrivée tardive pour nous servir un plat chaud, alors que vous avions beaucoup de retard avec les problèmes d’annulation et de retards de trains. Sinon j’aurais mis une note dune seule étoile. Je déconseille ou il faut bien demander d’avoir l’hôtel principal et non pas une dépendance."
