So helpful and supportive. Quiet, clean, and comfortable, rich with history and culture. Some members of the staff were very kind, caring, and supportive. Others were not as warm. I greatly appreciated being given an entry ticket to the spectacular Salzach River Chasm, which was literally outside the door!! My only complaint is that someone was smoking outside of my window for many hours, all evening. I had to keep my window closed until late into the night, and the room still smelled like stale smoke. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, so this was very unpleasant and kept me from sleeping and from enjoying my room. Shower had perfect water pressure and temperature. It would be nice to equip the rooms with a hot water pot and tea mugs. Otherwise, a lovely stay in a spectacular setting! We would love to stay during ski season someday. Only thing was access to the spa. It’s upon request and only open from 1400-1900\.
