"For the 2 days we were there we did not have hot water to shower or wash with. The fan for the air condition unit stopped working than the last day we couldn’t flush the toilet. The staff said they could not do anything for us. Would not give us the managers phone number. Could not tell me if we would be compensated for it. They were quick to take our money when we first arrived. "

"This is our second time staying here, we just love this hotel. The hotel has a great restaurant with a fantastic view of the lake, great hot breakfastcwith lots of choices, pool and hot tub are great! Hot tub is huge with in and out areas. Bonfire comfy chairs and an outdoor bar that wasnt open yet, but looks great. This hotel is literally on the beach Quiet, great decor and clean"
