SUPER OCEAN ACCESS This spacious apartment has gorgeous ocean and marsh views from every window. Every room has been renovated. There is a large new bath, new kitchen and wall to wall carpeting. The large bedrooms have fabulous ocean views. You enter from a patio overlooking the tranquil marsh. The family room flows directly into the bright eat in kitchen with all the amenities of home (microwave, coffee maker and toaster). There is a flat screen TV, WiFi , DVD player and a sleep sofa for additional guests (Apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably). The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second a full size bed. There is plenty of room for a cot or portable crib for a small child. It is just steps from the ocean with a Public Way (#2) directly across the street. This is a second floor unit in a two unit home. The opportunity exists for large families or multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent both the first floor and the second floor simultaneously. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment à cet hébergement, j'y retournerais sans hésitation. Littéralement à 26 secondes de marche de la plage, ce qui est très pratique (juste en face d'un passage pour accéder à la plage!). Le logement était propre et d'une parfaite grandeur pour 4 adultes. We stayed downstairs last year and upstairs this year. We like both apartments but slightly prefer the upstairs for the layout and views (but do really like the sunroom downstairs). It’s great having laundry available, especially when you have lots of wet beach stuff to dry before going home. And the beach toys, chairs, and boogie boards in the basement are a nice bonus. As advertised close to everything and seconds from the ocean. The wagon needs a little work the tire is coming off from so much use but it was an unexpected happy bonus to have toys and a wagon to use!! ##### Vickie G.
