"Two criticisms that the service in the restaurant was poor. I was seating and waited 5 minutes and still no one came to take a drink order , so I left and didn’t return during my stay . Hotel breakfast was €30 if not pre booked and €22 if booked the night before, I wasn’t aware of until after I’d been charge €30 for a cup f coffee and a croissant."

"This hotel is in the best area for out stay as it was right next to the central train station and also close to the areas we wanted to visit in the city center. The check in and check out process was very simple, and our room had was ideal beyond maybe its size, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Brussels in the future."
