"House location is amazing. Right on the river with views of the river and sunset every evening. This place is perfect for family vacations. Plenty of river activities. Tubing,kayaking, fishing, manatee and dolphin viewing. Short boat ride to the sand bar, great scalloping and the riverside restaurant. Boat ramp is a short walk from the house. Neighbors are super nice and welcoming. Home owner is easy to get a hold of and keeps the property clean and well maintained. My family and I will definitely be back. "

"We had an amazing stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated along the water. Everything was exactly as described, and the peaceful riverfront setting made for a truly relaxing escape.The house had all the essentials and then some—cozy bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a great outdoor space for morning coffee or evening drinks. We especially loved the easy access to the water for kayaking and paddleboarding—it was so convenient to launch right from the backyard.The only minor suggestion we’d make is that the kayak launch area could use a little updating to make it safer and easier to use, especially for kids. But overall, that didn’t take away from the experience at all.Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying again!"

"The house was simply amazing. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Access to the river was very convenient. We had plenty of kayaks for everyone. Not to mention, the views were incredible. This house is perfect for families and friends for a short getaway or a week long stay. We'll definitely be back. Love it! "

"An amazing stay on the river. Home was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The river is beautiful, plenty of kayaks and highly recommend doing a scalloping tour if you have never done it. Saw manatees and even a dolphin right off the dock. Overall an awesome experience!"

"Great location and proximity to Weeki Wachee, Buccaneer Bay and restaurants! So many activities for kids - swimming, fishing, kayaking, games etc. The design and upgrades in the house were well done. Loved being able to wake up and drop in to paddle out without have to get up early and drive. "

"Our family loved our stay. The house is right on the river. I enjoyed sitting in the screened patio enjoying the view. The kids were able to launch the kayaks provided easily & the springs itself was just a short paddle. The layout was perfect, we had enough space that we weren't right on top of each other. I am a home cooker & appreciated all the kitchen equipment & dishware provided. Communication with the hosts was easy, quick, & pleasant. We will definitely be back. "We had the best time! The house was great! Communication was amazing! Any time a text they got back with me super face! There were dolphins and manatees at the back porch. We were there for 7 days. Enjoyed every minute of it! And the neighbor did an amazing firework show for the 4th! "
