"The house was just right, very welcoming, 2 bathrooms, lots of sleeping options and the location was amazing. We enjoyed the fire pit and the deck. Date night at the local Italian restaurant was perfect. The stable of kayaks needs some attention, but the host was helpful is getting us what we needed for four days on the amazing river. Also ask the host about launching your kayaks from Weeki Wachee State Park for the best experience!"

"Our stay at Manatee Cove truly was magical. The property is right on the river which is gorgeous especially when viewed from the amazing screened in deck. We stayed on the deck most of the time we were at the home. I had never been in a kayak, but since they were supplied I thought I would try it. Now I’m totally hooked! There are a variety of types which is nice, and we really enjoyed using them. The apartment is beautifully appointed, super clean, and roomy. The furniture is actually comfortable, and the owners have done a really good job with landscaping so the home feels very private. The hosts were super helpful, and we have already booked the same place for a trip in May!Oh - and - we saw a total of 12 manatees and 2 river otters! "

"The house was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We had three adults and my 13 year old daughter, and we had such a relaxing week on the river. We saw so many manatees and even had the chance to see dolphins! My daughter enjoyed finding lizards all over the property and fishing. We also spotted a few crabs right off the dock. The paddle board and kayaks got plenty of use as we explored the river. At times we felt like we were in a tropical rainforest because the water was so clear! There were plenty of grocery stores within 10-15 minutes to load us up on the essentials and we used the charcoal grill almost daily. We also enjoyed the Upper Deck for dinner one evening and it was a great experience. We highly recommend trying Twistee Treat as well! Tina was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions. We highly recommend this rental! "

"The house is beautiful, kayaks, and everything we needed was right there waiting for us to arrive. The kids could not get over the game room! Beds are perfect and the couch is stuffed to perfection, perfect to sink right in like a warm hug. My kids had a ball. The owners were great with communication too. 10/10"
