« We had a wonderful stay at the Kozy Cottage! The historic location and property are full of old-world charm. The home was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a comfortable fit for our family of five, including our 6-year-old. The hosts, Cameron and Caprice, were incredibly considerate and responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. »

Looked like a new house inside...immaculate, smelled great, cold AC, nice clean/comfy beds, and great amenities like washer/dryer, stove, huge fridge...all stainless steel appliances. Fresh towels, clean bathrooms...every little detail made this property have an "at home" comfort feeling. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from host, and easy to access/check in. Also, really good location, just off Hwy 45 ..easy to get to and super quiet,...

« Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!! »

« First experience with Vrbo and could not have been happier. The house was in excellent shape and spotless! I don’t think there was anything that we needed that was not available right down to the pool table! The owner had left entertainment/restaurant magazines which were a big help in choosing where to eat! The location is Convenient to the airport and a short commute to NASA. If we ever return to Houston again, we’ll certainly stay here. »
