"We stayed a couple nights in early January and it’s an interesting little place. the lady who I’m assuming is the owner greeted us at the door when we arrived and her residence was right next to ours. She offer that she was there if we needed anything, we did not take her up, but it was offered. Decent loft room, very very quiet area."

This is a very new facility and in tip-top shape. The rooms are immensely comfortable and accessible for the room we had (accessible shower). The toilet and shower had plenty of hand rails and the shower had both a fixed and adjustable wand. Very quiet due to its modern construction. Staff were very helpful, the amenities in the lobby are great. Pretty standard breakfast offerings but still good selection and quality.

Clean room, very nice sheets and comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was nice. Pets allowed but at a ridiculously unreasonable price of $75 / pet which they don't mention on Hotels.com it is only said that pets are ok. This makes the room a lot more costly. Night staff very nice, morning staff somewhat dismissive.

On arrival was impressed with the cleanliness of parking area and entry way.
The reception personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. The breakfast was better than I expected and the hotel personnel clean and supplies up. check out was simple. Location of hotel was perfect for our travels.

Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed taking to the husband and wife team about their previous life in South Africa. It was a great place to stay on a budget. For a cross country road trip, it was a great place to get some sleep for the night and re charge.
